A Place Made Possible Through Support, Community & Purpose

Proudly part of a global movement for sustainable tourism, Gränna Glamping is built on the belief that nature-based experiences can create real, lasting wellbeing — for guests, for the local community, and for the landscape we call home. This vision has been made possible thanks to the generous support from LEADER, whose funding has allowed this project to grow from a dream into a meaningful destination in the forests of Gränna. Their commitment to rural development, innovation and sustainability has enabled us to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect with nature, and discover the beauty of Småland in a thoughtful, responsible way.Food is an important part of this experience. Through our concept Taste of Småland, we bring local flavours to life — using ingredients from nearby farms, growers and small-scale producers. Each meal reflects the landscape around us and supports the region we are proud to call home.We are deeply grateful for this support — it has not only made the physical glamping site possible, but also strengthened our ability to work with local producers, protect the surrounding environment, and welcome a completely new segment of visitors to our region. With every guest who arrives, every meal shared under the treetops, and each quiet moment taken in nature, we continue this shared mission: to offer tourism that is gentle, authentic and regenerative.Gränna Glamping exists because of collaboration, community and care — and we are honoured to carry this forward. We are currently closed for the season and will open again on May 1st.
Until then, follow our journey and updates on social media: Gränna Glamping.

Why Choose Our Glamping Experience?
A Tranquil Escape – For Adults Only
Our glamping site is a peaceful hideaway designed for those seeking rest, nature, and a little luxury. To preserve the calm atmosphere and due to the steep, natural surroundings, we welcome adult guests only.
As much as we love furry friends, our tents are thoughtfully furnished with delicate materials that aren’t suited for pets – so we kindly ask you to leave four-legged companions at home.
Thank you for understanding and helping us keep this a serene and special place for everyone.

Tranquil Nordic Escape
Experience the serenity of ‘Glamping in the Nordic scenes of fairytales’ at Gränna Glamping, where relaxation and a renewed zest for life await in the tranquil town of Gränna.Gränna Glamping situated right in the middle between Copenhagen and Stockholm, a summer paradise to immerse yourself in the Scandinavian lifestyle. In the quiet corner of the town overlooking the beautiful lake Vättern and Visingsö island, we will surely spike your senses with smells, tastes and sensation from childhood reminding us of simpler times. And let me not forget to mention the spectacular sunsets over the lake.

Fika & Hygge
As a Dane living in Sweden, I’ve taken the best of both cultures. The concept Fika & Hygge are the essence of our offerings. They are more a state of mind rather than a particular action. Hygge can be picking mushrooms in autumn, sitting in front of a fire, or enjoying that first cup of coffee in the morning. Fika on the other hand is that well deserved break you take after you come home from a forest hike, sitting down for coffee and some sweet bread. We hope for you to take Fika & Hygge with home to your busy lives, and that day you’re sitting on the metro to work or taking a 5 minute break, you will think of my forest and hopefully feel the Scandinavian tranquility.
